Something that I'm curious about and have wondered a long time. If Terah (Abraham's dad) lived 70 years then begot Abram, Nahor, and Haran (Gen 11:26)... then died in Haran at 205 years (Gen 11:32). And if Abram left Haran after his dad's death (Acts 7:2-4) when he was 75 himself (Gen 12:4).... Then where is the remaining 60 years (Terah lived 205 years - less 70 years old when he begot Abram, Nahor and Haran - 75 years that he lived in Haran with Abram before he died and Abram set out for the promised land again = equal 60 years unanswered for)?
Did Terah not have Abram until he was 130 years old, not 70? Maybe his firstborn was born in his 70th year and Abram was born later, the author just clumped them all as one?
Curious. Just a wonder of mine. Got any scholars out there?
